Welcome to the Agartha Cards online store.

By using our online store and placing an order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Agartha Cards online store, the purchasing process, payment, delivery, and the rights and obligations of the customer and the seller.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in euros (EUR).

Prices applicable at the time the order is placed shall apply. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Placing an Order

An order is successfully placed when the customer receives an order confirmation at the email address provided.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in the event of:

• an obvious pricing error,
  
• product unavailability,
  
• suspected abuse or fraud,
  
• a technical error in the system.
  

In such cases, we will promptly notify the customer and refund any amount already paid.

5. Payments

We offer various payment methods, which are displayed during the checkout process.

Orders will be shipped once payment has been successfully received, unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are available for selected products.

Estimated release dates are provided for informational purposes and may be changed by the manufacturer or distributor without prior notice.

In the event of a delay, we will notify customers as soon as possible.

7. Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and photographs.

With collectible cards, minor variations may occur as a result of the manufacturing process, such as centering, color shades, or other minor manufacturing characteristics. Such variations do not constitute a product defect.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by delivery services, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Personal Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve any potential disputes amicably.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

The current version will always be published on our website.

12. Collectible Cards and Product Condition

When selling individual cards (singles), we strive to describe the condition of each card as accurately as possible.

Card conditions are assessed according to commonly accepted standards in the trading card industry. The following condition grades may be used:

• Near Mint (NM),
  
• Lightly Played (LP),
  
• Moderately Played (MP),
  
• Heavily Played (HP),
  
• Damaged.
  

Photographs of cards may be for illustrative purposes only, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. For higher-value cards, photographs of the actual item may be provided.

Minor differences in condition grading resulting from subjective assessment do not constitute a product defect.

13. Changes in Market Prices

As collectible products are subject to changes in supply and demand, product prices may change.

The price applicable to the customer is the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed.

Once an order has been successfully confirmed, the price will not be changed, except in the event of an obvious pricing error.

14. Pricing Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing error for a product, such as an incorrect price entered due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

In such cases, we will notify the customer of the error and fully refund any payment already made.

15. Product Availability

All products are available while stocks last.

If there is an error in the displayed stock information and a product can no longer be supplied after an order has been placed, we will notify the customer and offer an appropriate solution or issue a refund.

16. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes and discounts are valid subject to the terms specified for each individual promotion.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotional offers, except in relation to orders that have already been completed.

17. Giveaways and Promotional Products

Products used for promotional purposes, giveaways, or social media content may be treated as promotional expenses.

The terms of each individual giveaway will always be published together with its rules.

18. Copyright

The content of the online store, including photographs, product descriptions, logos, and other materials, is intended solely for use in connection with the Agartha Cards online store.

Copying or using any content without permission is not permitted.
